Please make sure that you have the proper equipment to take part in a live chat event. You must have a compatible device that has a microphone and front-facing camera. For the best experience we recommend you close all other apps or tabs. GalaxyCon is not responsible for your hardware needs.
No refunds will be given if you miss your video chat session or if you are removed from the video chat due to inappropriate behavior.
Live Stream FAQs
Once you register, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. In the email, you’ll find your access code. One hour prior to the live stream, a link will unlock and appear directly underneath your access code. To join the virtual stream platform, you simply need to click on this link. There is no app needed, and you don’t need to download anything.
Yes, you can utilize the chat function during the live stream to ask questions. Some questions will be selected by the moderators to be asked and answered. Please do not spam your questions during the stream.
We report times in New York City Eastern Time.
To convert to your time zone, you can use a Time Zone Converter.
We post many of our Live Streams onto our YouTube channel for later viewing. Some Live Streams are not permitted to be reposted after it airs, at the discretion of talent management.
Due to intellectual property copyright, recordings of the Live Streams are strictly prohibited and cannot be reproduced on YouTube, social media, websites or in any other manner.
One-to-One / Group-to-One Video Chat FAQs
All Video Chats are recorded. A recording of your Video Chat will automatically be available as a digital download link in your original order confirmation email within 48 hours of the end of your chat. Click on "VIEW MY ORDER ONLINE" from your order email to get to your confirmation page.
We highly recommend that you use a laptop and have a strong internet connection. You may still use a mobile device as long as it has a camera and a microphone. Please note if using a cell phone you will not be able to see yourself on screen.
There is a timer on screen during the One-to-One/Group video chats that will help you keep time.
If you’re purchasing (2) One-on-One Video Chats for the same guest or multiple guests during the same time frame/session, you can do this! Each One-on-One Video Chat will have their own unique access code. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have purchased multiple chats for the same session so we can do our best to accommodate you. Please note that there is a limit of 5 sessions per celebrity. We can request approval from the celebrity to merge multiple chats into one longer session, if you contact email@example.com
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. In the email, you’ll find your access code, an orange button to test your device compatibility, and a grey button underneath which will turn green and unlock on the day of the event. Yes, you are able to share your own Video Chat recording on social media.
After your Video Chat is over, you can purchase a Digital Snapshot of a selfie taken during the chat for $20 or an Autographed 8x10 Snapshot Photo. Prices of Autographed Snapshots vary. Posing for a Snapshot is at the discretion of the talent.
Only some guests will be offering a send in service. Please check the product page to see if this option is being offered. Send-In options are only available to customers within the United States and select International countries. Please see our Shipping Information page for more information and a list of International locations.
JSA is a certificate of authenticity, NOT an actual autograph. This is an optional add-on product for those who would like to ensure their item is authenticated and certified in the JSA online database. There is no need to purchase JSA for products, such as the live stream, personalized shout out videos, or One-on-One/Group Video Chats.
Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks from the end of the live stream/one-on-on chat date for your autograph to arrive. Please allow a few more business days for your autograph to be authenticated by JSA if you’ve purchased this option.
Please note that if you live outside of the United States, and purchase an autograph with International Shipping, we are not responsible for any additional customs taxes that may occur due to a country’s specific shipping regulations. Please Note: Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside the United States.

As items are shipped to celebrities in different locations, and returned to us at different times, each item in an order is not fulfilled at the same time. As soon as your order is processed for shipment, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please Note: Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside the United States.
As items are shipped to celebrities in different locations, and returned to us at different times, we are unable to combine shipping as all items are shipped separately.
Unless an item is specifically sold as a multiple autograph product, we are unable to have multiple celebrities sign the same item.
Unless the send-in is specifically stated to be a multiple autograph service, only one autograph from one celebrity is permitted per send-in item.
Due to logistical difficulties, Send-Ins are only available for customers within the United States and select International countries. Please see our Shipping Information page for more information and a list of International locations we ship to. Please Note: Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside the United States.
Items that are not received by the cut-off date have two options:
We can hold the send-in item until a future event with the talent if we have one that is scheduled
We will send the send-in item back to the purchaser with a refund minus the cost of the return shipping
When an item arrives past the cut-off date, our customer service team will reach out to discuss which of the two options you would like to proceed with.
Virtual Photo Op FAQs
In a Virtual Photo Op, you can pose for a photo with the celeb. A Digital Snapshot is included and you can purchase a Printed Snapshot to be autographed after the session, if you wish. Posing for a snapshot is up to the discretion of the talent.
Virtual Photo Ops are designed for fans who do not want to participate in a longer Video Chat. You can take a Selfie in the Video Chats and purchase a Digital Snapshot of that selfie for $20 after the Video Chat is over. Autographed Snapshots are available after Virtual Photo Ops or Video Chats at varied prices.
There is a limit of One Per Person, If you'd like more time with the talent, we recommend that you purchase a Video Chat.
