Kim-Joy rose to fame on the Great British Bake Off 2018. Since then, she has become a bestselling cookbook author (Baking with Kim-Joy, Christmas with Kim-Joy, Celebrate with Kim-Joy, Bake Me a Cat, Bake Joy) and author of the graphic novel, Turtle Bread. She is a spokesperson for mental health, and loved for her unapologetically whimsical and joyful creations. Kim-Joy lives in Leeds, UK with her partner Nabil and her cats, Inki and Mochi.
