A Photo Ops ticket includes the following:

• A professional photo opportunity with your chosen celebrity, which can include up to 4 fans (both children and adults) in the photos.
• A physical 8 x 10 high-quality glossy print suitable for signatures.
• A digital image that you can access at no extra cost on our website

• Purchase your Photo Ops ticket(s) based on the scheduled day. Customers can purchase prior to the Event while walking around the event on their mobile device or at the Photo Ops booth.
• Check the schedule and aim to be at the Photo Ops area 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Follow the instructions from the Photo Ops announcer.
• Stand in line for your celebrity Photo Ops and have your QR code ready for our staff to scan.
• Walk towards the directed photo booth.
• Place any items you brought on the shelves before entering the photo booth.
• Enter the photo booth to have your picture taken.
• Exit the booth to retrieve your items from the shelves.
• Walk towards the printers to collect your physical prints.
• As you exit, you'll pass by the merchandise area where you can make additional purchases, such as protective print covers, frames, or extra prints.

You can protect your physical prints by purchasing print protectors and frames at our Photo Ops Merch station as you exit the Photo Ops area.

A single Photo Ops ticket allows for a maximum of 4 people (children or adults) in one photo. If you wish to include more than four people in your photo, you must purchase an additional Photo Ops ticket for that particular session.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled Photo Ops time to avoid missing it. Unfortunately, if you miss your Photo Ops or cannot attend, we cannot issue a refund as all sales are final.

If you have purchased a VIP Admission Badge or picked up a Fast Pass Button from the Accessibility Booth, you will have priority access to the Fast Lane, typically moving to the front of the line.

Our professional photographers strive to avoid any issues like blinking in the photos. However, if you encounter a print with any issues, please report it to our Photo Ops staff who will determine if it is eligible for a retake. Don't forget to smile!

Yes, you are encouraged to bring props, especially if you are cosplaying. Just ensure that the props are of a reasonable size.

Shortly after receiving your physical prints, you can find your digital copy at GalaxyConDigitals.com. Select the year and event, then enter the code located in the bottom right-hand corner of your print. Your digital print will then be displayed.

Digital prints typically take 5-10 minutes to appear online, but the timing may vary depending on network availability. If you encounter delays or issues, please consult one of our Print Staff members for assistance.

Please allow 5-10 minutes after the photo is taken for our website to load your photo. If you encounter the "Photo Was not found" error, seek assistance from one of our Print Staff members.

You are able to swap your Photo Op ticket purchase to a different day or a different Celebrity. This includes upgrading to Duo, Trio, Cast Photo Ops available. If the cost is equal, the new ticket confirmation containing the QR code will be sent to your email used for purchasing. If there is a price difference, the swap will charge the cost associated with the new Photo Op ticket and then refund the previous ticket. Please note that sold-out sessions are not available for swapping.

No, at Photo Ops, we do not allow for signings or gifting. Photo Ops are specifically for capturing the moment with your favorite celebrity. If you want to get your photo autographed, please visit your chosen celebrity in Celebrity Row.

If you've lost your Photo Ops ticket, you can visit the Information Booth located near Registration to have your confirmation email resent to you.

GalaxyCon/Animate!/Nightmare Weekend attendees may be photographed or filmed at any time at the convention. By purchasing admission to an event and/or photo ops hosted by GalaxyCon, all attendees consent to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. In other words, by attending a GalaxyCon/Animate!/Nightmare Weekend convention, you give your consent to be photographed and appear on camera.
