GalaxyCon After Dark consists of Late Night programming like Burlesque, The Rocky Horror Picture Show Shadow Cast, Afterparties, Karaoke, Drag Revue's along with the After Dark Market which is vendors open 9pm-1:30am in front of the exhibition hall.
The full schedule of events is usually finalized about two weeks before the convention. We begin by placing the celebrities, then the fan panelists, and finally the Photo Ops. We usually have guest cancellations in the last month of a show, and this causes us to have to redo a lot of stuff, especially because we try to replace those guests too. We strive to keep the geek genres from overlapping sessions, and so we put a lot of time and energy into the schedule. For example, we wouldn’t put a Star Trek fan panel on at the same time William Shatner is on stage.
We do our best to avoid cancellations, however if they do occur we will fully refund any autograph and photo op tickets for that celebrity. We do not refund admission tickets when guests cancel. We hear all the time, “I was only coming for this one guest.”
We’re not a one guest festival, and if you are really only coming for one guest, please understand in advance that your guest may cancel and that there is no refund on admission. We support the guests’ ability to take film gigs and further their careers beyond fan festivals.
We also strive to replace guests when they cancel with relevant alternatives.
We have arranged for special discounts at nearby hotels. You can find this information on the city event pages.
There is currently no specific bag policy. Please remember that bags may be searched at anytime by Security, Police, and/or Staff. Refusal to comply will result in ejection from the venue with no refund or credit.
The Convention Center does not allow outside food or drink. No outside (UberEats style) orders are allowed to the Convention Center.

No photos are allowed in the celebrity autograph or photo op area unless you have purchased a photo through a celebrity handler
All of our markets feature accessible buildings equipped with elevators and ramps. If you have trouble standing for long periods of time, you may share a doctor’s note to get a free fast pass button to get through the festival more easily. These buttons are available at the accessibility desk in pre-registration.

Autographs are not scheduled Celebrity Experiences. Autographs are able to be redeemed during the Exhibition Hall hours listed on the event page at the Celeb's booth. Celebs will not be available for autographs during scheduled Q&As, panels, Photo Ops, and breaks. Celebs may leave the event at an earlier time due to their schedules. We suggest arriving early, when the Exhibition Hall opens, to redeem autographs. Please note that Celebs may have varied schedules that are listed on their landing page. Such as "half days" or specific timeframes they will be available at the Event. View the Guest Page for the most current information on Celeb appearance days/times.
Each Talent square on the event page's Guest Page is clickable. This will bring you to the Celeb's landing page where pricing is available. Please note that pricing is subject to change at the event and will be listed at the Celeb's table.
Some Celebs do! The information will be listed on their pricing page. If you do not see a Selfie option available, you are able to ask the Celeb at their booth. All Celebrity Experiences are at the discretion of the Celeb.
Yes! You are able to bring in items for signing. Pricing will vary depending on the item. All item signings are at the discretion of the Celeb. All props must be checked at Prop Check upon entry. See our Safety Policies FAQ for acceptable items.
Celebs that have presale autographs available that are able to be purchased with a card on the GalaxyCon website. At the event, most Celebs take cash only. We do provide ATMs on site to assist with this.
When visiting the landing page for pricing for each Celeb, it will indicate if the autograph purchase has a pre-sale or if the autograph is "available at the event". If "available at the event", you can purchase the autograph only at the Celeb's booth.
If the line is cut due to scheduling, pre-sale autographs will have priority within the line to redeem an autograph from the Celeb.
Yes! You are able to exchange your autograph ticket to a different Celeb or to a Photo Op ticket (subject to availability). Prior to the event, reach out to info@galaxycon.com to initiate the exchange. If you are at the event, visit the Information Booth. Please note, if there is an additional cost associated with the exchange, the new ticket cost will be charged and the previous ticket refunded.
If you have purchased a VIP Admission Badge or picked up a Fast Pass Button from the Accessibility Booth, you will have priority access to the Fast Lane, typically moving to the front of the line.
Autograph purchases are a non-refundable, non-cancellable purchase. You are able to request an exchange. Only pre-sale autographs will be refunded if the Celeb cancels.
