Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM EST).

What shipping carriers do you use?

Domestic (U.S.): USPS and UPS
International: DHL and UPS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes ! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

How long do PRESALE CGCs take to ship?

PRESALE CGC items typically ship once they are received from the grading company. Please check the product page for estimated timelines.

The USPS tracking number on my product hasn't moved.

Tracking updates may be delayed. If there's no movement after 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

How are prints shipped?

All prints are shipped inside a top loader, secured by cardboard on each side.

Can I cancel my order? I placed it by mistake.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation if processing has begun.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds may not be issued for damaged or used items.

How do I start a return?

Contact us through email: info@galaxycon.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at info@galaxycon.com and include your order number along with photos of the damage.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item from multiple angles
  • Photos of the shipping box and all packaging materials
  • Photos showing any damage to the packaging

Please remove the item completely from any protective packaging before taking photos, including:

  • Plastic sleeves or bags
  • TopLoaders
  • Pop protectors
  • Any other outer protective packaging

Once we receive and review the photos, we'll be happy to discuss available resolution options, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Are the autographs authentic?

Yes—all autographs are 100% authentic and JSA certified, unless stated otherwise in the product listing.

Can I get a personalized autograph?

No. All autographs are pre-signed and cannot be personalized or customized.

Do you sell CGC-graded items?

Yes ! We carry a selection of CGC-graded comic books and trading cards. Check the product description for grading details.
