GalaxyCon offers a variety of shipping methods to ensure you receive your order in a safe and timely manner.

GalaxyCon not only sells collectible items, but we are collectors ourselves! We understand the importance of having a collectible item packaged safely to ensure it arrives in the same condition in which it left.
All autographed photographs are packaged in a protective toploader and safely packaged within sturdy cardboard to prevent any bending or folding during shipment. A "Fragile" or "Do Not Bend" sticker is affixed to the front and back of every autograph order package. Oversized items such as posters will be shipped in an insulated protective tube (which is why there is a slight increase for those shipping costs).
Funko Pops are shipped in plastic Pop protectors, and packaged carefully with protective foam, cardboard and bubble-wrap to keep it as safe as possible during transit. Please ensure to read the product listing as certain Funko Pops such as over-sized XL pops, will not come with a Pop protector. Other brands of collectibles, vinyl figures etc, will not come in a Pop protector, but will be carefully custom packaged.
General disclaimer re: Damages in shipping
Disclaimer: Please note that damage incurred by USPS, FedEx or UPS carriers is not the fault of GalaxyCon, which is why we insure our packages in the event of just such a rare occurrence. We will do everything that is required to file a claim on your behalf, as long as you assist us in the process by clearly photographing the item, the packaging, and any evidence that helps process the claim. Please remember in the event of suspected damage, you (the buyer) are required to keep all packages and packing materials which the carrier may request for a physical inspection. Throwing away evidence, or noncompliance regarding the inspection will result in a rejected claim with no recourse of a refund thereafter.

Disclaimer: Please note that items presented to the Talent for Autograph Signings are going to be handled by said Talent. Likewise, upon Authentication, another party needs to inspect and properly register the item by applying a holographic sticker. Everyone involved in the process does their utmost to maintain the quality of the item, but minor handling 'dings' may be present on the finished piece. Pristine, gem-mint items should not be expected.
All comics are shipped with care in near mint condition. 9.8 Gem Mint books are not easy to find and are rarer than 9.2 NM books which is the main reason they sell for more money. Minor bindery flaws and slight imperfections are allowed in the 9.2 NM grade and although we are not a grading company, we try to give our customers the best copies we have available. We cannot guarantee that all of our books will grade 9.2 or higher although some may.
If you are a comic condition connoisseur, please pre-order or purchase our CGC graded 9.6 or 9.8 copies which are typically up for sale 6-7 months after initial release of our Convention Exclusives. Exchanges are not permitted. All books are final sale. Damaged books caused by mail carriers and/or the inability to fit an oversized package into a small mailbox is not the fault or responsibility of GalaxyCon. All Comics are bagged & boarded and are then placed in a Gemini II protector and shipped via priority mail only.

Certain specialty items such as Funko Pops & Send-In Services are only available within the United States and select international countries. However, please note that some restrictions on Send-In options may apply to select International Countries.

International Shipping services are typically available through UPS with tracking and Insurance. We will ship to requested International Re-shipping Services, but please know that our tracking and insurance is only valid from our door to the door of the requested re-shipper. GalaxyCon is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or late packages between you (the buyer) and the service you hired. We may cancel orders if the reshipping company is flagged as a fraudulent company.
Countries may be subject to change due to ongoing COVID-19 International Shipping Restrictions.
Please Note: Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside the United States. We are no longer shipping to Russia or Belarus.
Your tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email and/or order details when your shipment is processed.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays via USPS. For orders placed on the GalaxyCon Merch Store, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
For Galaxy Con Live! Autographs, Send-Ins and Funko Pop orders, please see the product page for further information on shipping and processing times. We estimate around 8-10 weeks from the end of the live stream/one-to-one chat date for your autograph to arrive. Please allow an additional week for your autograph to be authenticated by JSA if you’ve purchased this option. Also, due to transportation and logistics, purchases of multiple autographs on a single item requires 8-12 days for delivery.
Please note that if you live outside of the United States, and purchase an autograph with International Shipping, buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable. Please Note: Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside the United States.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders from the GalaxyCon Merch Store are final sale and are not returnable after purchase.
GalaxyCon Merch Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
