REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the nature of the autograph collectible business, all sales are final and ALL items are sold 'as is'.

Please note that some items may have minor wear or light dents from time to time due to handling and may vary slightly in size from the generalized listing details. Please note that GalaxyCon can only guarantee the Talent's authentic autograph. All personalization and placement requests are at the discretion of the Talent. This includes names, character names, quotes, inscriptions, pen color, and placement of the autograph.

If there are any issues with your order that require our attention, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items can not be replaced or refunded after 90 days due to  tracking information expiring. While we will do our best to resolve any issues, there are some matters that are beyond our control (as noted above). 

For returns, the following stipulations must be met:

  •  Items must be in 100% original condition (no modifications including but not limited to framing or mounting) and include all original paperwork
  • Damaged or lost items not insured will not be replaced or accepted for refund
  • Items must be returned to us safely and securely with the original receipt. We highly recommend insuring the item and tracking it as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage
  • Insured items (that were damaged or lost in shipping) will require up to 30 days to process due to insurance carrier regulations. Front and back images of the item(s) received along with original packaging is required for insurance claims.

Redos 

Redos for GalaxyCon Live products will be at the discretion of GalaxyCon. If your item arrives at our facility with a missing signature or does not pass quality control, we will reach out to you with a credit or redo option.

GalaxyCon Live Video Chats

GalaxyCon is not responsible for your Internet connection. If you are disconnected from a Video Chat session due to connectivity issues, if you miss a session, or if you are removed from the video chat due to inappropriate behavior, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. If your schedule no longer permits you to attend a scheduled video chat, you may request a credit up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
