GalaxyCon Raleigh is July 29 - August 1, 2021
GalaxyCon Raleigh is More Than a Comic Con! It’s a 4-Day FESTIVAL OF FANDOM with celebrities, creators, voice actors, cosplayers, entertainers, fan groups, gamers, panelists, streamers, wrestlers, and PEOPLE LIKE YOU!
GalaxyCon Raleigh July 30 – August 2, 2020 was postponed due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19. Our new dates are July 29 - August 1, 2021.
After discussing the current gathering restrictions set by the Governor of North Carolina with the Raleigh Convention Center, we have decided to push our December GalaxyCon Raleigh Festival to our 2021 dates: July 29th - August 1st, 2021.
To those who have tickets for either the July 2020 or December 2020 event dates, your tickets will be valid for the equivalent days in 2021 and you do not need to take any action. We will automatically update all of the tickets to reflect the new dates in 2021.
To those who want to purchase tickets for 2021, we hope to have more tickets available in the Spring of 2021.
All hotel reservations have been cancelled, and existing ticket holders will get notified first when new hotel rooms are put up for 2021 in the Spring. There's no need to take any action.
If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com

In general, animals are not permitted inside the Raleigh Convention Center except for the following instance:
Service animals, which the Americans with Disabilities Act defines as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. The dog must be trained to take a specific action when needed to assist the person with a disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Also, service animals in training are not considered service animals under the ADA.
Attendees requiring the assistance from a service animal may pick up a Fast Pass Button at the Info & Disability Booth that will allow them access to the Fast Lane in the Autograph and Photo Ops area of the convention.
All sanitary needs for animals are the responsibility of the handler, and the animal must remain in the control of the handler at all times.
While it is not necessary, we encourage guests with assistive animals to contact facility management (919) 995-8500 in advance of the event in order to most appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal
