Carefully select the type of item you're sending in.
* If you would like for us to consider accepting a premium or speciality item that isn't listed (helmets, statues, hoverboards), or if you live outside the United States and would like for us to consider accepting a large item, email sendin@galaxycon.com for assistance. Our team will assist you with logistics, pricing, and additional shipping costs.
* Funko Pop Boxes must be sent flattened and without the pop. If for some reason, this cannot be done or you would rather send them unflattened, there is a different tier for unflattened Funkos. These items travel to and from signings. Corners may not be perfect, there may be wear, small tears, etc. These are collectible for the signature and not for grading. If you purchase the Flat Funko Box option and send in a full Funko Pop, the figure will be taken out of the box and flattened for you.
Shipping Your Item
Please write your Order Number on the outside of your package and include your Name, Email Address, and Order Number inside the package to help us process your order quickly.

Custom print files must be submitted before the deadline above so our team can review the artwork and complete a test print. If your file does not meet our print quality standards, we'll contact you with available options.
JSA Witness Authentication
Add JSA Witness Authentication for $15 per autograph.
Autographs are witnessed in person by a JSA representative during the signing event. Orders that include JSA Authentication require approximately one additional week of processing before shipment.

Processing & Return Shipping
After the event, please allow approximately:
8–10 weeks for U.S. orders
10–12 weeks for international orders
for processing and return shipping.
Late Arrivals
If your item arrives after the deadline, we'll contact you to choose one of the following options:
Hold your item for a future signing (if one is scheduled), or
Return your item with a refund, minus return shipping costs.
Additional Instructions
Add any special requests (such as preferred pen color or signature placement) in the Order Notes section during checkout. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Fine Print
GalaxyCon is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. We will take every reasonable precaution to return your item in the same condition it was received.

GalaxyCon reserves the right to refuse to print or have signed any submitted artwork that we or the talent determine to be inappropriate or that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
This item cannot be combined with other items to receive multiple autographs on a single item.
